100th Post - SAUDI ARABIA

Saudi Arabia - 100th post

Hurray!!!!!! I have come to my 100th post

I would like to thank all my readers and friends who have supported me by their feedbacks and suggestions.

Saudi Arabia - what strikes your mind first, the camels, desserts and mainly petrol... is that all.

Want to know more !!!!!

Ok herecomes some information regarding Saudi Arabia

After marraige , when I came to Saudi Arabia everything was new to me.

First we should wear Abaya(Black dress) while going out- COMPULSORY

Second we cannot go to any place alone.

Third the climate is very very veryyy hot....

Fourth , you know what is the cost of petrol here... very very less.

Fifth they give respect for families.... , in restaurants we have two sections, one for families and another for bachelors. Bachelors are strictly not allowed in family section and this also applies to some super Malls.

Sixth , You have no Theaters , but have lots of super malls and of course parks and zoo(but animals are kept in AC, so most of the time you cannot see them out). During Ramzan the whole city will be glowing with lovely lights and in the morning complete silence.

Seventh , the school timings all schools starts here by 7.30 and ends by 1.00 clock(because of the climate).so the children here should get ready by 6.30 .

Eigth , Must definitely say about their prayers, during the prayer times all the shops will be completely closed.

Ninth Sand storm , a horrible thing here... (I will upload some photos in facebook so that you can see how the   city gets changed during sand storm.

Tenth, ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited here :-) How does it sound!!!!!

What else is special in Saudi Arabia???

Saudi Champagne -Coming soon ;-)
