Quick and Easy Tomato Soup (Low Calorie)


TOMATO SOUP - QUICK AND EASY

As  the name suggests this soup is very easy and also quick to prepare. The ingredients are going to be very less and the end result you have a tangy tomato soup in a jiffy :)

This is  a  low calorie soup since no frying is necessary and  what are you waiting for , immediately prepare this soup and no doubt it  will turn out to be one of your favorite too........

For this Soup you need

2 medium sized tomatoes
2 nos. of garlic
Small piece of ginger
Salt
Pepper

Preparation

Wash and chop the tomatoes.

In a pan , add the chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger along with sufficient water.

Close the pan, allow the water to boil. When the water boils, turn off the flame (you can see the tomatoes must have turned soft and the skin that peels from it)

Allow it to cool, Grind them in  a blender.

Again pour this puree in a vessel, add salt and allow it to boil. 

Tomato soup is ready,to be served........

Garnish with coriander leaves ..........


Sprinkle some pepper and Serve it hot....................

Note :
Soup consistency depends upon the water being added, adjust the water acccording to it.

For children's if needed you can filter the soup .
