Bread Bajji is just like our regular bajjis we make with vegetables like onion, potato, raw banana and eggplant. Enjoy these bajji's with tomato sauce.
For this Bajji you need
4 slices of bread

1 tsp. of chilli powder
1/2 tsp. of baking soda
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Preparation
Toss the bread slightly and cut them diagonally.
Mix all the flour and the powder with water.(the batter should be slightly thick and not too watery).
Dip the bread slices in the batter and deep fry them.
Bread bajji's are ready to serve.
