Kashmiri Chapathi
Chapathi with spices, sounds healthy and tasty. I found this recipe from my cook book and would love to share with you all.
Give a slight change from ur usual chapathi's and give a try!!!!
Preparation
In a pan, fry all the seeds slightly and grind them.
In a bowl , mix this grinded powder with wheat flour adding milk and water.Knead it well until it forms into a soft dough.
Cover and keep it aside for 30 mins.
Take a lemon sized ball from the dough, dust it in flour and roll them into a flat and round shaped one.
Heat the tawa, place the rolled chapathi and apply ghee on its sides.
When both sides are cooked , remove from the tawa
Spicy chapathi is ready to serve......
Serve it hot with Tomato Green Chilli thokku....

1/2 tsp. of aniseed
1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds
1/4 tsp. of ajwain (carawy)seeds
10 nos. of pepper.
