ONION AND MINT RAITA

Onion - Mint Raita - Raita or yoghurt salad is a simple dish which is served along with rich and creamy curries/gravies. This is a simple raita with onion and fresh mint leaves. 

For this raita you need

1 cup of thick yoghurt
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
Handful of mint leaves, washed and finely chopped
1  green chilli, finely chopped
Salt

Preparation

Take the yoghurt in a bowl, add salt and beat it for a min.

Add the rest of the ingredients and serve .

Serve this onion and mint raita with any dish of your choice and enjoy :)

We had this raita with Baby Potato Biryani.

Note :

Don't add salt, when prepared in advance.
