RADISH PACHADI | MOOLI RAITA
RADISH PACHADI - A simple and creamy yoghurt based salad with radish.
Serves : 4
Preparation time : 10 minsCooking time : 10 mins.
For this recipe you need
- 2 medium sized radish, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 cup of fresh yoghurt
- 1 tsp. of mustard and urad dal
- A sprig of curry leaves
- Oil
- Salt
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,when they crackle,add urad dal and curry leaves.
Add the chopped onions and green chilli and cook for a minute or so.

Next add grated radish and keep stirring for a couple of minutes until raw smell disappears.
Remove from the flame and let it cool completely.
Beat or whisk the yogurt with salt and add cooked radish to it.
Adjust yoghurt, until you get the desired consistency .
Radish pachadi is ready to be served....................
Serve this delicious Radish Pachadi with rice or with any Indian flat bread and enjoy :)
