Potato Fry
A delicious side dish with potatoes . A must to try with curd rice/Sambar rice.
For this fry you need
2 nos. of potatoes
1 tsp. of sambar powder
2 / 3 nos. of crushed garlic
Salt to taste
Oil
Preparation
Wash and chop the potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic and saute for a min.
Now add the chopped potatoes along with sambar powder and salt. Mix them well.
Add little water ,cover with a lid and cook them in low flame until the potatoes get softened.(Stir them occasionally to avoid the potatoes from breaking ).
Serve it with hot rice....
