CARROT PEANUT RAITA

Carrot -Peanut raita.

I found this recipe in a magazine, the ingredients used for this raita sounded very interesting and my hands were eager to prepare this. Adding peanuts and grinded garlic-chilly paste gives this raita a different taste.


For this raita you need

1/2 cup of grated carrot
1/2 cup of peanuts (slightly roast them,remove the skin and grind it coarsely)
2  garlic cloves
1 green chilly
2 cups of buttermilk
1/2 tsp. of sugar
Few coriander leaves chopped
salt

Preparation

Grind the garlic and chilly.

Now in a bowl add the paste along with the buttermilk and all the other ingredients . Mix them well.

Carrot Peanut Raita is ready to taste...



Serve it with vegetable pulao/pakoda's.....
