Pakoda Kurma
This is a delicious kurma with pakoda's and selected spices .
Preparation
2 onions
2 tomatoes.
1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
1 tsp. of ginger- garlic paste
salt
For grinding
2 tbsp. of coconut.
10 nos. of cashewnuts.
2 green chillies
1 tsp. of aniseed.
Grind them to a smooth paste with sufficient water.
Preparation
Heat 3 tsp. of oil in a pan, add the onion , saute till they turn translucent.
Add the ginger- garlic paste and saute them well.
Now add the chopped tomatoes , along with turmeric powder and cumin powder. Saute them until the tomatoes get cooked well.
Now add the grinded paste along with little water and salt, allow it to boil unitl you get the thick consistency, (adjust the water accordingly to your thickness).
Finally add the pakodas, garnish with coriander leaves...
Tasty Pakoda Kurma is ready to serve....
Serve with hot rice.....
OPTIONAL: You can adjust or add more spices according to your taste

For Pakoda's
3 tbsp .of channa flour
2 tsp. of rice flour.
1 cup of grated carrots
1 cup of chopped onions
1/2 tsp. of chilli powder
Few freshly chopped coriander leaves
A pinch of baking soda.
salt.
Preparation
In a bowl , Mix the flour along with salt , powder and baking soda with sufficient water. Make as a thick batter.
Add the carrot, onion and coriander leaves. Mix them well.
Heat oil in a pan, take small ball size amount from the batter and fry them well in medium flame, until they turn golden brown.
Drain them in kitchen towel and keep it aside.
For this kurma you need

Pakoda Kurma is interesting. Made them with kadhi, ti be tried with kurma. Look great!
